October PTCs

Our parent teacher conferences will run as follows:

• Residential students: Thursday, 3 October (8 am to 5 pm) and Friday, 4 October (8 am to 10 am)
• Day students: Friday, 4 October (10 am to 5 pm) and Saturday, 5 October (8 am to 12 pm)

Please note there is a lunch break between 1 and 2 pm each day for teachers.

Based on the above time schedules, please note that your child/ward will arrange appointments for you with the respective teachers and mentor. We have posted in ManageBac a sheet for students to record the time they have secured appointments and they should share this with you before the conferences. 

Please note that the following parents meetings will take place on Thursday, 3 October in the PDC Hall:

• Year 8: 12.30 pm and 1.20 pm
• DP1 and DP2: 1.30 pm and 2.20 pm
