MAD night!

The Arts department at the Aga Khan Academy Mombasa is partnering with Mombasa-based organization, Kreatives Konnect  to bring you a unique opportunity to showcase and develop creative talent from Mombasa 

Coming up on 30 March is MAD Night - an annual celebration of the creative arts (music, art, drama, dance, spoken word and more). The theme of the event is "This is Me" - open to creative interpretation. 

This is a competition for students from AKA Mombasa and from schools around the Coast. Furthermore, there is a spot for adults/professionals  within each category which will be auditioned for, same as the student competitors. 

Auditions will take place on February 09 2019 at Aga Khan Academy's music rooms  from 9 am - 1 pm. Sign up for auditions here. 
 

Participants who make it past the auditions stage will have the privilege of attending 2 workshops to develop their performance skills with music teachers from the Academy as well as special guest instructors. The workshops are scheduled to take place on 09 and 23 March.
