On Thursday, 1 December 2022, renowned artist and professor for the department of printmaking at the University of Dhaka Mr Anisuzzaman Anis was welcomed by the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka’s Senior School faculty and Grade 7 students.
From 6-24 November, teacher coaches from the Aga Khan Academies Network visited the Academy in Dhaka to observe classes and guide faculty members on the best pedagogical practices.
On Saturday, 19 November, the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka celebrated World Children’s Day with faculty members, parents and students of the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
From 15-17 November, the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka participated in the Big Draw Festival by organising an art exhibition of Grade 7 students’ artwork, with this year’s theme for the festival being Come Back to Colour.
From 13-14 November, the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka invited parents of newly applied Primary Years Programme (PYP) students to visit the campus and learn more about the Academy’s academic programme and the various enrichments that are offered.
From 6-10 November, Grade 6 students and teachers of the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka organised an exhibition to celebrate the various cultural icons of Bengal.
On Wednesday, 2 November, eminent Bangladeshi actor, Member of the Parliament and former Minister of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs H.E. Mr Asaduzzaman Noor was welcomed by the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka’s Junior School faculty and Grade 4 students.
