23 May 2026

On 23 May 2026, the Aga Khan Academy Maputo celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2026 – 36 students who have successfully completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.

The Aga Khan Academy Maputo is deeply saddened to share that Roy White, Head of Academy, passed away on 27 March 2026. He was much-loved by our school community and will be greatly missed by all.

The Aga Khan Academy Maputo hosted the first-ever iPad Education Summit in Mozambique from 27-28 August 2024 for 90 educators.

Marrabenta Day

Marrabenta Day will be celebrated on 6 February. Students are encouraged to wear traditional African attire.

Science Fair

Students will host a Science Fair on 13 February, showcasing their inquiry and scientific thinking.

Personal Project Exhibition

Grade 10 students will present their personal projects, demonstrating their research and independent learning. Parents are invited to attend and engage with their work.
