Junior School Hockey Newsflash

On 27th January 2015, the girls’ and boys’ hockey teams hosted hockey matches. The girls’ team hosted Braeburn Mombasa and Jaffery Academy and the boys hosted Mombasa Academy.

The girls won both matches by scoring 3 goals against Braeburn in the first match and in the second match they beat Jaffery Academy 1-0. They thus collected 10 points for the two wins and are currently leading after the 1^st leg of the girls’ triangular matches. The second leg will be held at Braeburn on 2^nd March 2015.

The AKA, Mombasa boys’ team also won their match versus Mombasa Academy, 6-2. The team is also leading in the boys’ league with 10 points after winning the second match. They will play against Light Academy on 2^nd February and Jaffery Academy on 9^th March 2015. Congratulations to the teams!
